This is the end of my 1st week of trying to get into shape. I don't think I've ever felt so happy with a work out and so dead at the same time.
UPPER BODY BUILDING DAY:
Seated T-Bar Rows: 70 x 15 120 x 20 140 x 30
Lat Pulldowns: 180 x 15 180 x 20 180 x 30
Tricep Pulldowns: 80 x 50 90 x 50 100 x 70
DB Lat Raises: 20 x 15 25 x 20 20 x 30
DB Delt Raises: 20 x 15 25 x 20 20 x 30
DB Hammer Curls: 20 x 15 25 x 20 20 x 30
DB Bicep Curls: 20 x 15 25 x 20 20 x 30
Pec Flys: 40 x 50 50 x 50 Thought I did a 3rd set but forgot.
Planks w/ Side Planks: 1 min / 30 sec Ea. Side 30 sec / 1 min Ea. Side 1 min / 1 min Ea. Side
GHR: 10 x bw 15 x bw with 2 sec pause 10 x bw
Medium Size Tire Flip: Approx 48 Flips Then a quick speed Flip of pulling 5 feet and flipping 10x
Tire Sled: Run forward 30ft x 2 Jog Backwards 30 ft x 2 Walk Backwards pull chain etc. 30 ft x 2
Oh!
Huge Tire Tandem Flip: 1 1/2
Ha-ha
Hell of a workout.
Week one down in the books!
