Squat training 8/28
Foam roll -I concentrated on really hitting my IT bands hard today. My right one was terribly tight and I'm assuming is what was causing some issues will the swelling of right knee as I had no pain while squatting this time around.
Working sets 3x390 2x455 6x2x520
I cut out my accessory work today to help recover as little faster as my training days are all bunched together due to my work schedule.
20 mins of cardio
Back to benching tomorrow.
